Bungamati Bed and Breakfast is a traditional and cultural Newari homestay, located in the religious and historical town of Bungamati, Nepal. It is located 8 kilometers from Kathmandu Airport and is run by ethnic Bungamati families.

The homestay offers a convenient family environment and a unique opportunity to experience Nepali culture and hospitality.

The homestay has four rooms, which are furnished with comfortable beds. There is a separate, neat and clean bathroom with hot and cold shower. The homestay also has a common area where guests can relax, socialize and enjoy traditional Nepali and traditional Newari dishes.

The homestay is located in a peaceful, tranquil area and close to many religious temples, monuments and historical sites. You can easily walk to the village center where you will find restaurants and shops. You can also easily reach Kathmandu by bus or taxi.

The B&B is a great place to experience the culture, food, costumes and religious and traditional activities. The friendly and hospitable family will make you feel at home and let you experience the best of Nepalese culture.

The costs of the home stay are affordable. We assist in visiting religious historical buildings, monuments and sites in Kathmandu Valley such as Thamel (Durbar square), Monkey temple, Bouddhanath, Bakthapur, Patan, or trekking to Kirtipur, etc.

A multi-day tour with a guide, by taxi, bicycle or walking are also among the options we offer.
