Due to the location of Bungamati Bed & Breakfast, in the village of Patan, which is only 7 km from the city of Kathmandu, you can start your trip / tour in a relaxed way. We have a bed & breakfast for individuals and groups and can offer various options.

We have nine comfortable European bicycles. We offer cycling tours, also with guides, in Kathmandu and the Kathmandu Valley and everyone can rent a bicycle for individual or group trips. We can also help organize cycling tours at a reasonable price. You can visit and explore our religious and historical places in Kathmandu, Patan, Bhaktapur, etc.

Bungamati Bike Store is managed with the help of Dutch people who always support the Bungamati Foundation Nepal in managing and fundraising for sustainability. It is one of the fundraising initiatives to support children’s education.

You can take a tour on your own bike or with rented bikes, with a guide and technical support. This all depends on your wishes and number of participants. It is possible to make the trip with just a daypack, with your luggage transported by taxi, or you can take your own luggage in a small backpack. We can split the group into cyclists and walkers and meet in the same place in the evening.
