We have organized three days’ teacher training to enhance the skills, techniques of teaching and learning. 30 teachers from 15 schools have participated and learned the skills and techniques of reading and math teaching. The teachers shared the skills and knowledge of teaching and learning and share the challenges of the teaching and learning. They have actively participated in all activities. The teachers have prepared teaching learning materials using locally available materials. The also learned the practices of classroom management and assessment of teaching learning. It have empower the skills and knowledge of reading and math of early grades.
